Order Policy Update from Dart Container Corp.

Dear Dart Customer: 
To date, Dart Container has not had an official Order Change or Order Cancellation Policy. Without a policy, our customers may have an expectation that we can routinely accommodate requested order changes or cancellations within improbable timeframes. Depending upon when Dart receives an order change request, it can be difficult (or impossible) to process, load, and deliver the order accurately and on time. As a potential result, our service to you suffers. 
In order to meet our goal of providing you with consistently high service levels, and to meet your expectations, we find it necessary to establish an Order Change and Cancellation Policy. Attached is that policy. It is effective with orders placed on or after Wednesday, July 19, 2017. Please take the opportunity to review and become familiar with this new policy.
