Kim’s primary responsibilities include planning and coordinating the TUG annual Conference, working with Members and Suppliers to maintain accurate records, contact information, and program updates, coordinating with outside service and social media providers to ensure timely, accurate information is available to the membership. Kim joined THE UNITED GROUP in 2022.

Tonya joined THE UNITED GROUP in 2012. Her responsibilities include assisting Member Stockholders in meeting their growth targets and assisting with Conference planning and TUG Treks planning and participation.

Mark is a versatile, enthusiastic, and passionate B2B/B2C/B2G business leader with over 35 years of proven experience leading individual and team efforts. Before joining TUG, Mark worked for various national manufacturers and distributors. As a result, he has experience across the entire supply chain, from distribution - to manufacturing - to buying groups. His passion for supply chain optimization can be best seen via the exceptional results he delivers to all partners/stakeholders. Mark is accomplished at building strong professional relationships across all sectors. His extensive experience is now focused on working with TUG distributors to implement strategies that are geared towards growing Corporate Accounts at the local level.
Account Coordinator
Abby has over 12 years of experience with the Public Education System in Houston and Louisiana. She specializes in examining and managing rebate programs. Abby has excellent analytical skills with a great attention to detail. She recently joined The United Group® as an Account Coordinator and will be responsible for managing the daily tasks associated with Corporate Accounts. Abby is highly professional and able to easily connect with people while striving to understand, identify and resolve open issues in a manner that is satisfactory for all parties. She completes all tasks with a high level of integrity, passion and sense of urgency.
Corporate Account Senior Executive
Alicia is a high energy, versatile professional with over 25 years of B2B/B2C/B2G sales and marketing experience; and over 20 years of group purchasing experience with Fortune 500 corporations. She has been responsible for reengineering business and sales strategies/processes, creating new programs to support sales, and instilling an urgency for financial discipline. She’s accustomed to directing sales, marketing, financial and legal negotiations to accomplish profitable year-over-year growth. Alicia has successfully worked with Corporate Accounts for over 20 years, having built strong partnerships with some of the nation’s largest GPOs and Government Purchasing Co-operatives. Before joining TUG, she was the primary driving force behind the growth of Corporate Accounts and Distributor Recruitment at Strategic Market Alliance where she managed over $150 million in Corporate Accounts.
